Every ingredient in a Nordic Skin™ formula is there for a reason. Nothing is added to pad a label, nothing is hidden behind a marketing word. This is our operating philosophy, stated plainly.
What we prioritise
- Barrier-first. A strong barrier is the foundation of calm, healthy skin. Every formula is built to support it, not disrupt it.
- Proven actives. Niacinamide. Hyaluronic acid. Panthenol. Ingredients with decades of research behind them, at concentrations the skin can actually use.
- Considered simplicity. Short ingredient lists. Each component pulls its weight. No filler.
- Independent verification. A Yuka score: excellent Yuka rating is non-negotiable for anything carrying our name.
What we avoid
- Synthetic fragrance and "parfum" blends.
- Parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde-releasers.
- Drying alcohols and harsh sulphates.
- Animal-derived ingredients. Without exception.
- Ingredients we cannot explain to you in one sentence.
