Shipping
Orders are packed within two business days and dispatched from our fulfilment partner. You will receive a tracking link by email once the order is on its way.
- Standard domestic shipping: 3–5 business days.
- Express shipping: 1–2 business days.
- International shipping: 7–14 business days, depending on destination.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and shown in full before payment.
Returns
If a product arrives damaged, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, write to us within fourteen days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
For hygiene reasons, we ask that opened serums and balms are not returned unless faulty. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned for a full refund, less original shipping costs.
Damaged or missing items
If something arrives broken, or if an item is missing from your order, email hello@nordicskin.health with your order number and a photo. We will make it right.
