As a mother navigating different stages of life—from pregnancy and breastfeeding to graduate studies at Harvard and a demanding career as a biostatistician—our founder found herself questioning skincare products she once relied on. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, she stopped using some of her favorite products after becoming increasingly uncomfortable with the potential risks associated with certain ingredients. Products that felt like risks she was willing to take in one phase of life no longer felt worth taking in another.
Over time, she realized the problem was deeper. She did not want a different standard for every stage of womanhood. She wanted products that could move with her through life with consistency—products that allowed beauty and wellness to coexist.
